I am originally from Bangladesh, but I grew up in America. After completing my high school is the US, my family and I moved back to Bangladesh, where I completed my M.B.B.S degree from Armed Forced Medical College. For the next two years, I worked at a renowned international health research organisation known as International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh as a Project Research Physician. I decided to come to Australia to do my master’s degree from Western Sydney University in Health Service Management. I met my husband is Sydney and we decided to get married in Merimbula since all of his family members are here. Our precious baby girl was born in 2020, right after I completed my degree and we moved down to Merimbula to be closer to family. I hope to further my career in health management and public health.
