Feedback and complaints
Patient feedback and suggestions are always welcomed. Each year a patient survey is conducted to gauge how well the Surgery is performing and what standard of care is being provided. The results of this survey are used to implement quality changes and give a better all round service to our patients. Patients are encouraged to talk to their Doctor or the Practice Manager about any issues they may have with the service provided. We believe that problems are best managed within the Practice, and we want to know if patients are unhappy with any aspect of their care. However, should patients wish to raise any matters of concern outside of the Surgery, they may wish to contact the Healthcare Complaints Commission.
